What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, money orders, loan payments, and safe deposit box rentals
• open and maintain deposit and checking accounts
• explain products and services
• respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems
• discuss customer needs and recommend bank products
• prepare daily proof sheets and assist with branch closing
• maintain customer and safe deposit records
• refer customers to other bank departments as appropriate.
