• translate objectives into scope, sequencing, milestones, and commitments
• manage cross-team dependencies and risks
• report status and decisions needed
• coordinate capacity, estimates, funding inputs, release readiness, and production incident response
• identify software, hardware, tooling, and supplier needs
• drive continuous improvement.
