What you'll do

• Administer medications according to physician orders and document completion
• review the eMAR each shift and update it based on incoming medication orders
• assist residents with activities of daily living according to service plans
• respond promptly to call lights, door alarms, and safety alarms
• observe and report changes in resident behavior or condition
• order or reorder medications
• complete charting and reports
• obtain weights and vital signs
• clean and disinfect rooms and common areas
• assist with meals and activities as needed
• promote positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors.
