People Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Administer multi-state payroll and benefits
• own HRIS and People systems
• coordinate recruiting operations, onboarding, and offboarding
• manage employee records and leave administration
• administer performance and compensation cycles
• maintain employment compliance and policies
• provide workforce reporting
• identify opportunities for process automation.
