What you'll do

• Develop and execute the program’s strategic vision
• lead staff and partnerships
• ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards
• participate in assessments and planning
• design and improve services
• oversee enrollment, data, reporting, home-visit observations, and file reviews
• support home visitors with socialization activities and lesson planning
• provide caseload coverage when a Home Visitor is absent
• manage program resources and budget in collaboration with the ECE Director
• and mentor, train, and develop staff.
