Lodge Supervisor, 2027 Season

The Lodge Supervisor role is onsite in West Yellowstone, MT. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. This is a seasonal position supporting Under Canvas camp operations and guest experiences. Working with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the supervisor coordinates teams across front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and food and beverage. The role communicates expectations, supports staff and guests, and monitors operational and financial performance to help the camp run effectively.

• respond to guest reviews
• implement and maintain camp-level procedures.
