What you'll do

• Perform scheduled and targeted cycle counts and compare physical inventory with system balances
• investigate shortages, overages, damage, location, case-pack, and unit discrepancies
• verify receiving, putaway, transfer, picking, and shipping transactions
• maintain item master, unit, location, lot/date, and barcode data
• review adjustments and obtain required approvals
• investigate missing items using transaction history and records
• maintain labels and location standards
• identify and escalate damaged, expired, obsolete, or improperly stored product
• partner with operations and customer contacts
• train and coach warehouse employees
• prepare inventory reports and discrepancy logs
• support physical inventories, audits, process improvements, mapping, and slotting.
