What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and projects
• develop relationships with property and facility managers, adjusters, subcontractors, and industry contacts
• identify reconstruction opportunities
• conduct inspections, site visits, and walkthroughs
• evaluate damage and develop scopes of work
• prepare estimates using Xactimate
• present proposals and follow up to close projects
• coordinate scope, budget, schedule, crews, and subcontractors
• manage sold projects through completion and closeout
• maintain project documentation and estimating records.
