What you'll do

• Receive and pay out funds accurately using a computer
• provide cash receipt and payment services under credit union procedures
• maintain transaction records and balance cash drawers
• refer members to Member Service Representatives
• watch for counterfeit instruments
• for Teller II, mentor new Teller I employees and explain ATM and online banking features
• serve members through branches and ITM terminals.
