The Senior Analog Design Engineer role is onsite in Chandler, AZ. Compensation is not specified. The engineer designs and develops CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuits for integrated circuits and power-management applications. The role owns assigned circuit blocks from specification through verification, silicon characterization, and production, working with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support product development and release.

What you'll do

• Design, simulate, and verify CMOS analog circuits and subsystems for mixed-signal and power-management integrated circuits
• translate product and system requirements into circuit specifications
• own assigned blocks from specification through silicon validation and production release
• design analog functions such as amplifiers, comparators, oscillators, LDOs, voltage and current references, and bias circuits
• evaluate performance across process, voltage, and temperature conditions
• work with layout engineering
• participate in design and verification reviews
• debug and characterize silicon
• collaborate on qualification, test development, and production ramp
• maintain specifications, simulation results, review materials, and technical documentation
• guide less experienced engineers.
