The Water Mitigation Project Manager — Lead Technician role is onsite in North Charleston, SC, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour based on experience. RestoPros of Charleston provides water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup, and reconstruction services in the Lowcountry.

What you'll do

• Manage water mitigation projects from inspection through completion
• scope damage and prepare moisture maps, drying plans, and logs
• monitor drying progress and follow IICRC S500 standards
• communicate with customers, property managers, adjusters, and team members
• lead extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and moisture readings
• document work and guide technicians.
