What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter
• monitor access points and verify credentials
• document entry and exit activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and escalate concerns as needed
• complete daily activity, incident, and patrol reports
• communicate hazards, maintenance concerns, and security issues to site leadership.
