The Customer Service Representative / Backup Class B CDL Driver role is onsite in Mankato, MN, with compensation of $26–$30 per hour. The position supports CM2 Supply’s retail store, branch operations, and delivery customers. The role builds customer loyalty through showroom and account support while helping maintain inventory and branch operations. It also provides backup route coverage and requested hotshot deliveries, supporting customer needs and continuity of service.

What you'll do

• Maintain an organized showroom and properly labeled, priced, and stocked products
• monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment
• support showroom opening and closing
• prepare sales reports and maintain records
• assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing
• work toward sales targets and inform customers about promotions
• support new customer development
• make hotshot deliveries as requested and fill in for the Route Driver when absent
• provide customer advocacy
• support inventory receiving, control, and stocking.
