What you'll do

• Follow maintenance schedules
• perform routine plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and painting work
• maintain equipment in laundry, kitchen, boiler rooms, and individual air conditioners
• perform unscheduled maintenance as requested
• comply with scheduled 24-hour on-call maintenance response
• may temporarily perform Security Guard duties as needed.
