What you'll do

• Screen new loan proposals
• conduct underwriting and due diligence
• analyze financial, technical, economic, legal, marketing, and political feasibility
• assess repayment capacity and financial projections
• perform sensitivity analyses
• prepare credit packages and memoranda
• present proposals to approval committees
• coordinate transaction workstreams and stakeholders
• support loan negotiations, covenants, disbursements, and loan-file documentation.
