What you'll do

• Receive workers' compensation claims and confirm coverage
• investigate claims and determine compensability
• file required documentation with state agencies
• establish reserves and authorize payments within authority limits
• develop action plans with case and outcomes managers
• coordinate return-to-work efforts
• manage subrogation, litigation, and potential recoveries as applicable
• report claims to excess carriers when applicable
• communicate claim status
• follow client, carrier, and state requirements
• maintain customer relationships.
