What you'll do

• Prepare and distribute nightly reports
• maintain accurate financial and operational records
• resolve guest concerns with appropriate departments
• assist with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
• answer questions about hotel services and local attractions
• handle individual and group reservations by phone, email, or in person
• maintain front desk security
• assist with coffee and breakfast setup as required.
