What you'll do

• Complete and oversee systems analysis, design, and development
• coordinate development tasks and monitor less experienced staff
• prepare and manage technical project-plan components
• collaborate across development, operations, and technology teams
• prepare and execute test plans and debug
• evaluate application and platform relationships
• prepare technical and functional specifications and documentation
• maintain supported applications
• promote development standards
• identify risk-related issues and escalate as needed.
