What you'll do

• Oversee financial statements and reporting
• ensure SOX controls and compliance with CAS, FAR, and DFARS
• support DCAA audits and submissions
• lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• analyze performance and variances
• manage financial risks and controls
• lead accounting and finance functions
• oversee cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and treasury operations
• provide financial insights to executives.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, and experience with GAAP, SOX, and federal contractor accounting. U.S. person status under export control laws is required; CPA is strongly preferred.
