What you'll do

• Initiates, monitors and maintains mechanically ventilated patients, assists with placement of artificial airways, performs and documents patient assessment, verifies and documents ventilator function, assists with transportation of ventilator-dependent patients, assists with deliveries for neonatal resuscitation, monitors ECMO, administers and monitors respiratory care treatments, records pertinent information in patient’s medical record, performs noninvasive and invasive diagnostic tests and monitoring, performs cleaning, preventive maintenance and calibration of RC equipment, functions as respiratory care protocol assessor.
