What you'll do

• Supervise warehouse leads and personnel
• coordinate receipt, storage, and shipping
• prepare work schedules and assignments
• organize picking and loading
• resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies
• research errors and implement corrective actions
• support process improvement
• coordinate employee training
• oversee safety, housekeeping, SOP adherence, performance reviews, sanitation, and end-shift paperwork
• inform the Operations Manager of potential problems
• act as backup when the manager is absent.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree plus three years of distribution and warehouse management experience, or equivalent, and at least three years of supervisory experience. Pharmaceutical warehousing experience is preferred; familiarity with temperature-controlled warehousing, FDA, and cGMP requirements is noted.
