Quality Assurance Documentation Associate

The Quality Assurance Documentation Associate role is onsite in Vacaville, CA. Compensation is $80–$85.16 per hour. The role supports project documentation control and collaborates with Global Engineering Project Controlling. The associate maintains the project’s documentation process and ensures records and deliverables are organized, traceable, and submitted according to project procedures. This work supports project coordination, reporting, and internal audit activities.

What you'll do

• Set up the project documentation management process in alignment with client procedures
• control electronic and hard-copy documentation for numbering, filing, and retrieval
• monitor submissions against the project RACI matrix
• maintain the project deliverables list
• archive hard-copy and digital documentation
• report documentation progress and escalate issues
• serve as the team’s first point of contact for documentation topics
• support internal audits and deep dives
• collaborate with Global Engineering Project Controlling.
