The Shift Leader role is onsite in North Bend, WA, and pays $20–$22 per hour. What you'll do

• Lead assigned shifts and model positive leadership
• serve customers and prepare subs to brand standards

• assist with training and onboarding
• maintain cleanliness and food safety
• monitor food quality and operational standards
• manage opening and closing responsibilities
• assist with inventory, product rotation, and waste reduction
• resolve customer concerns
• support managers with daily operations.
