Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in members’ homes in Pembroke, MA. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. Onyx Home Healthcare provides individualized home care based on each member’s care plan. The aide supports members with daily living, mobility, meals, and household tasks while maintaining care records and communicating changes to a supervisor. The role also provides companionship and helps maintain a safe, healthy home environment.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and safe mobility
• support meal preparation
• help members transfer between beds, baths, and wheelchairs
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• record care and observations
• report changes in condition
• provide companionship and conversation.
