The driver will operate automatic and manual transmission trucks with 48'-53' trailers with liftgates, performing light touch tasks like rolling mail carts. Responsibilities include safe operation, inspections, and maintaining logs.

What you'll do

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes.
• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform required handling tasks.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
• Meet the physical demands of the role.

Experience

9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
