The director owns the end-to-end benefits and payments platform, including eligibility and enrollment, and leads product managers across benefits, payments, and eligibility. The role advances reliable, scalable operations by automating reconciliation and claims processes, prioritizing client requests, and coordinating with engineering, design, growth, and client success teams.

What you'll do

• Own the benefits product across eligibility, enrollment, claims adjudication, payer and employer reconciliation, and provider payments
• drive programmatic reconciliation, self-service eligibility, and automated claims
• establish a framework for triaging custom client requests
• manage and develop product managers across benefits, payments, and eligibility/enrollments.
