The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) role is an onsite position in Harrisonville, MO. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. The technician joins Crown Rehab & Healthcare’s clinical team to support resident care. The role supports residents’ daily living and medication needs, maintains related records, and helps promote a safe and engaging environment. It also includes checking on residents and supporting nurse aides and CNA staff as needed.

What you'll do

• Provide personalized resident care and support activities of daily living
• encourage social engagement
• administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication under RN or LPN supervision
• maintain medical records and written documentation
• transport residents to dining areas and assist with feeding as needed
• make frequent rounds
• supervise nurse aides and assist CNA staff with direct care when necessary.
