The SilverSneakers Instructor – YMCA role is onsite in Spring Grove, PA, with pay of $12–$14 per hour. The instructor leads two weekly classes for active older adults at the YMCA of the Roses’ new location. The instructor delivers safe, effective, and welcoming wellness classes that help participants improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being while supporting the YMCA’s healthy-living mission.

What you'll do

• Conduct safe and effective land- or water-based wellness classes
• provide exercise modifications for participant safety and success
• build relationships with participants
• maintain wellness knowledge, equipment, facility, and attendance records
• follow emergency and safety procedures
• attend required meetings, workshops, and certifications
• maintain certification.
