What you'll do

• Align recruitment strategy with company growth and regional operational goals
• collaborate with Regional Managers on staffing needs
• build a talent bench across territories
• track recruitment metrics and use data for planning and process improvement
• create job announcements
• train hiring managers on interviewing, compliance, and candidate experience
• source candidates through databases, job boards, and industry networking
• conduct outreach and interviews
• maintain relationships with schools and local organizations
• represent the company at job fairs and industry events
• assess candidates for corporate, sales, and distribution roles
• and investigate references and other applicant information.
