What you'll do

• Provide friendly guest service
• process cash, debit, and credit payments for playcards
• balance the cash drawer
• follow cash-out and redemption procedures
• upsell playcards
• redeem prizes and process e-tickets
• restock merchandise and supplies
• address guest concerns
• help maintain games and facility presentation
• meet cleanliness standards
• perform weekly audits.
