What you'll do

• Supervise lifeguards, swim instructors, and aquatic programs
• assist with staff scheduling and evaluation
• monitor pool safety and enforce YMCA policies
• communicate with members, participants, and parents
• respond to conflicts and safety concerns
• maintain rosters and enrollment records
• support staff training
• coordinate pool resources
• and perform lifeguard or swim instructor duties when necessary.
