What you'll do

• Support Windows 10 and 11 devices, printers and scanners, business software, Microsoft 365 accounts, on-premises and Azure Active Directory, VoIP phones, eFax, network devices, on-premises applications, and file-server permissions
• coordinate with clients and vendors on incidents
• follow and update SOPs and create support documentation
• review and respond to assigned tickets and complete QA follow-up.
