Senior Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

Perform accurate and timely quantity take-offs using AGTEK, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and manual quantification methods. Project controls to ensure compliance with contract, quality metrics, budget, schedule, job costing, and forecasting. Understand and interpret plans and specifications; timely prepare RFI's. Process submittals & distribute as required; timely procure specified materials.
