What you'll do

• Lead proposal development from RFP, RFQ, or other customer request through submission
• analyze solicitations and requirements
• maintain schedules, compliance matrices, assignments, and review milestones
• facilitate kickoffs and reviews
• coordinate Basis of Estimate documentation and cost inputs
• validate estimates and assumptions
• integrate technical, management, schedule, and pricing content
• ensure compliant, accurate, timely submissions
• maintain records
• coordinate post-submission responses and proposal-to-program transition
• improve proposal tools and processes.
