What you'll do

• Prepare detailed estimates for multi-trade modular assemblies and associated structural steel
• perform model-based and drawing-based quantity take-offs
• develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
• review models and drawings and coordinate discrepancy resolution
• assess constructability, fabrication sequencing, and modularization opportunities
• identify risks, assumptions, exclusions, and clarifications
• support estimate reviews, proposals, client pursuits, post-award validation, and handoffs.
