Physician - Hematology/Oncology

Fellowship training required. Physicians: Shall be board certified in an appropriate area of clinical practice or is board eligible and will become board certified within five years following the Start Date (unless sooner required by the applicable medical staff by-laws). Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain). BLS certification (must be maintained).
