What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, scheduling, counseling, and terminating staff as requested
• help meet production and sales goals
• close the store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility
• prepare and maintain store-operation records
• provide register and customer service
• receive, price, and stock donations
• hang, inspect, and tag textiles and clothing.
