Caregiver Level 1

Job overview

Caregiver Level 1 is an onsite role in Scottsdale, AZ. Starting pay is $21 per hour, plus a $10 fee for each completed appointment. Bloom Concierge Home Care provides caregiver support around the clock so caregivers can focus on client care. The caregiver supports clients’ quality of life, independence, safety, and well-being by assisting with daily activities, encouraging healthy routines and social engagement, and communicating concerns to supervisors or family members.

What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences
• perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
• encourage client mobility
• remind clients to take prescribed medication without administering or dispensing it
• provide companionship and support social activities
• transport clients to appointments, errands, shopping, or outings
• report changes or safety concerns
• maintain care records
• protect client confidentiality.
