What you'll do

• Set up the dishwasher and sinks and check chemical levels
• wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans
• ensure dishes are dry before storage
• sweep kitchen and nearby areas every two hours
• check restroom cleanliness
• remove trash and cardboard at scheduled times
• help put away orders
• clean sinks, drains, filters, dish machine, and chemical area
• maintain kitchen organization.
