Customer Service Representative

The role combines front-desk service, student support, records, and daily facility and classroom coordination.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and check students in
• assist with scheduling
• answer in-person, chat, and phone inquiries
• enter student information and maintain student and class records in a CRM
• confirm instructor schedules and document attendance
• assist with inventory, cash reconciliation, and reporting
• prepare classroom materials and provide technology support
• assist with licensing applications
• maintain classrooms and testing rooms
• support offsite events and student engagement activities.
