Senior Account Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact
• coordinate orders, timelines, forecasts, and production-to-delivery workflows
• communicate status and potential delays
• coordinate with production, design, logistics, finance, pricing, contracts, and sales
• maintain customer contracts, rate cards, service-level agreements, inventory, production information, bills of materials, orders, assets, and invoices
• troubleshoot issues and identify process improvements and opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
