Assembly and Machine Set-Up Operator – Secondaries, 1st Shift

What you'll do

• Learn to set up pneumatic and hydraulic presses
• hand-assemble metal fastener parts according to blueprints and shop orders
• manually and mechanically assemble pins, lanyards, rings, and other metal parts
• operate machines safely
• maintain production rates
• read simple blueprints and quality-control sheets for dimensions and tolerances
• follow housekeeping and safety practices
• work independently and as a team member.
