What you'll do

• Represent insurance carriers, businesses, and other clients in civil litigation
• handle insurance defense, workers’ compensation, and property insurance matters
• manage discovery, motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
• take and defend depositions
• conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations
• attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings
• communicate with clients and carriers
• manage deadlines, files, and reporting
• meet the 1,850 annual billable-hour requirement.
