Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Provide customer service by phone, email, and other channels
• answer calls and inquiries
• evaluate customer needs and coordinate resolutions
• assist with product information, order placement, and delivery status
• accurately enter orders received through multiple platforms
• make outbound follow-up calls
• build customer relationships
• coordinate schedules and fulfillment with plant managers
• recommend improvements to service processes and order accuracy.
