Clinical Research Associate II, West or Pacific Northwest

What you'll do

• Manage site relationships throughout clinical trial phases
• conduct remote and on-site monitoring in accordance with ICH-GCP, sponsor procedures, local laws, protocols, and monitoring plans
• support site selection and readiness
• conduct validation, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits
• review regulatory documentation
• communicate with investigators and site staff about study conduct and performance
• identify and resolve quality or compliance issues and escalate as needed
• maintain clinical trial systems and documentation
• support audits, inspections, mentoring, and co-monitoring where appropriate.
