Estimating Engineer II — Wire Harness Manufacturing

The role works with engineering, operations, supply chain, and program management to produce defensible proposals, identify risks, and improve estimating accuracy and methods.

What you'll do

• Review drawings, bills of materials, and specifications
• develop labor estimates for manufacturing processes
• create and validate bills of materials
• analyze time-study and historical cost data
• identify and communicate cost, schedule, and manufacturability risks
• lead win/loss analysis
• guide less experienced estimators
• support pricing strategy and proposal development
• identify process improvements.
