What you'll do

• Direct EMS and first aid operations, staffing, and readiness
• monitor response performance and clinical quality
• coordinate with medical directors and emergency agencies
• manage medical equipment and supplies
• lead response during significant incidents
• support emergency planning and exercises
• coordinate workers’ compensation and liability claims and return-to-work programs
• develop training and drills
• maintain patient care and claims records
• analyze incident trends and report recommendations
• assist with budgets and purchasing.
