Second Shift Compliance Manager

What you'll do

• Coach and maintain relationships with Independent Contractors
• conduct quality inspections
• coordinate with Facility Solutions Managers and other Second Shift Managers
• manage client requests, service concerns, and new client starts
• follow operational policies
• ensure compliance with client specifications and safety requirements
• document inspections and service issues in the CRM
• recommend contractor assignments or performance actions.
