What you'll do

• Lead the SIOP process
• develop global sourcing and production strategies
• lead and develop teams across demand planning, sourcing, production, and quality
• analyze supply, demand, inventory, spend, pricing, and operational data
• establish supplier metrics and address delivery, capacity, and production risks
• negotiate supplier terms
• oversee quality processes and vendor social compliance
• partner cross-functionally and lead continuous improvement
• participate in preparation for an ERP transition.
