Continuous Improvement Coordinator

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator role is onsite in Bakersfield, CA, with a pay range of $30.50–$34.25 per hour. The position supports operational excellence at a manufacturing facility for Generous Brands, whose brands include Bolthouse Farms, Health-Ade, Evolution Fresh, and SAMBAZON. The coordinator identifies improvement opportunities and leads or coordinates projects from discovery through implementation and sustainment. Applying Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methods, the role works across plant functions to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, reliability, and employee engagement.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute continuous-improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, workshops, and projects
• analyze process data and present findings
• track project tasks, schedules, documentation, and benefits
• implement and maintain 5S and visual management systems
• develop and deliver Lean Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, and problem-solving training
• coach employees and leaders
• conduct audits and follow up on corrective actions
• support standard operating procedures and CI software systems including Mitti, RedZone, and LineView.
